Duties & Responsibilities
Assisting the unit head in leading corrective account management and restructuring activities, as well as managing the execution of all syndications, project finance, corporate advising, and debt capital market transactions.
Establishing and sustaining connections, taking advantage of new opportunities, and carrying out transactions smoothly by reducing risk, negotiating terms, and coordinating laws and regulations
Creating pitch decks, client presentations, industry, and sector analyses, conducting financial analyses, creating credit memorandums, etc.; giving analytical and due diligence input; evaluating investments and credit; managing legal paperwork; and carrying out pertinent agency responsibilities.
