Duties & Responsibilities For GSK Jobs
- With the line manager, discuss daily planning and the work schedule.
- To carry out the packing-related operations, such as blistering and cartooning.
- Must make sure that production activities are carried out in accordance with the planning department’s production schedule in order to hit the site’s 98% ASP target.
- Support other activities by giving pertinent departments the assistance they need and the top-notch customer care they deserve.
- To achieve the site aim, keep cordial connections with all organisation stakeholders.
- To contribute to and take part in the implementation of the Vision Factory Future State Model and site OE targets with the OE team.
- To carry out and oversee operations in the department of production.
- Examines and keeps up with any pertinent Production division records.
- To manage and guarantee the prompt delivery of documents connected to a batch.
- To keep SAP data postings up to date (Inventory transactions, labour hour distribution).
- Maintaining standard operating procedure while working with engineering as needed to maintain manufacturing equipment through preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Through participating in EHS, QMS, and GMP trainings on site and through my own learning, to develop professional and technical expertise.
- To give the appropriate personnel internal trainings on SOPs and BPRs.
- To confirm that the QMS is operational in the relevant area of responsibility.
