How To Apply
- 1. Application processing fee of Rs.290/- (non-refundable) for the physical part is required to be deposited in PTSthe account. However: RS.50/- will be deposited separately. Application form along with deposit slip can be downloaded from PTS Website www.pts.org.pk.
- Application should be accompanied with documents ie copies of attested documents i.e CNIC of applicant & Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Employees, Domicile, PRC Educational Certificates of applicant, Death Certificate of Shaheed & Deceased, Order for Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Employees, Declaration of Shaheed, FIR, Obituary. Heirship Certificate, Financial Compensation order, Affidavit of Spouse / widow or mother of Shaheed / Deceased and 04 recent Passport Size Photographs. All candidates should sign a declaration that all information provided by him is correct.
